Stephen brings contemporary experience of the challenges and opportunities facing housing in the UK, having worked in the sector for 30 years, and at executive level for well over a decade.

He has strategic and operational expertise in housing management and maintenance, asset management, development and regeneration, business intelligence, governance and stakeholder engagement. He continues to support housing providers and other social purpose organisations as a consultant and non-executive director.

Hannah is England’s leading expert on emotions in social housing. She brings 18 years of frontline housing experience and 7 years in academia and is the author of Home Encounters and Rethinking Regulated Housing in England, two works that have reshaped national policy debates and sparked new approaches to practice.

Hannah’s research sits at the cutting edge of housing thought, evidenced by international speaking engagements in Mexico and Thailand where she shared her ideas with global audiences.
